Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered

Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting customer contracts and ensuring compliance, accuracy and alignment with industry standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Contract Drafting and Review:Drafting, reviewing and revising contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policies and customer specifications, while safeguarding the company’s contractual posture.
  • Negotiation and Change Management:Negotiating customer contracts and modifications, including follow-on quotations and revisions, to achieve mutually beneficial terms, conditions, and specifications.
  • Issue Resolution and Compliance:Providing resolution to contract-related issues and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Bid Package Preparation and Analysis:Participating in the preparation and review of bid packages, including work specifications, schedule commitments, cost objectives, and contract terms.
  • Contract Execution and Administration:Supporting the proper execution of contract requirements, including the preparation of statements of work, authorization for work, and completion of contracted tasks, while maintaining detailed contract records.

Job Contribution: An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Earn between $116,700 - $196,100 USD. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
