YOUR TASKS

• Responsible for managing and optimizing facility procurement processes (including cleaning, security, travel, catering, etc.);
• Defining procurement strategies in collaboration with the Procurement Manager and Facility Coordinators;
• Selecting and contracting suppliers for facility-related services and products;
• Conducting contract negotiations and price agreements;
• Managing contracts and monitoring supplier performance;
• Preparing procurement analyses and reports;
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and fulfill procurement needs.

YOUR PROFILE

• A completed bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or Procurement Management is required;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role is preferred;
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial insight;
• Experience with contract and supplier management;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments;
• Strong command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with an open and hands-on attitude.
