As a Information System Security Officer (ISSO)

supporting Special Access Programs (SAPs) you

will ensure classified Information Systems (IS)

meet cybersecurity requirements and

government directives.

Interpret the Joint Special Access Program (SAP)

Implementation Guide (JSIG) in determining

technical Information Assurance (IA)

requirements and ensure proper security

implementation of the Risk Management

Framework (RMF).

Develop technical solutions to complex Lab

problems which require extensive technical

expertise and ingenuity.

Develop system documentation for information

system authorization, security management, and

continuous monitoring of both networked and

standalone classified systems.

Perform system auditing, vulnerability risk

assessments, Assured File Transfers,

hardware/software configuration management,

media management, data integrity containments

and investigations on IA related security

violations/incidents.

Provide cybersecurity education and training for

all system users on appropriate risk mitigation

strategies.

Represent the organization as a Subject Matter

Expert in Information Assurance requirements.

Perform other associated duties as required.

Collaborate with senior level internal/external

customers to identify requirements and provide

problem resolution.

A level 2 employee Typically has 2 - 5 years

of professional experience.

MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located

in a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in at least 1 of the following:

Information Assurance, Media/Document

Registration/Control, System Administration

Possess a DoD 8570/8140 IAM level 1

certification (i.e. Security + CE, Cloud+, CAP)

Experience with Risk Managed Framework (RMF)

or Joint Special Access Program (SAP)

Implementation Guide (JSIG) requirements

Desired Skills:

Experience as an Information System Security

Manager/Officer (ISSM/O)

Prior experience supporting Special Access Programs (SAP) security environments.

Possess DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification (i.e.

CISSP, CISM)

Experience supporting Special Access Required

(SAR) security environments

Ability to juggle the demands of multiple customers while formulating & driving security direction.

Familiar with Trellix, Splunk, Nessus Security Center, Active Directory, STIG Viewer, and SCAP

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a team environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, be well organized, flexible, and self-motivated.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
