Overview

This is a full-time contract Technical Writer position, which will initially be temporary but with the possiblity of full-time permanent. Location can be either Boxborough, MA or Pittsfield, MA.

Salary: $25- $30/hr DOE

Responsibilities

  • Completion of test report data, test procedures, and certificates of compliance to customers accurately and timely
  • Work closely with co-workers on documentation issues when necessary
  • Order entry and review

Skills / Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship and able to pass a drug test and background check
  • 2 years working in an administrative capacity, with responsibilities like customer interfacing, order/ database entry, report writing, etc., preferably in a technical Program Management or legal environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal direction
  • Must be detail oriented, demonstrate problem solving ability and possess strong organizational and implementation skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to multi-task and balance a number of competing priorities
