Position Overview:

The Senior Learning Partner collaborates with diverse business units to synchronize learning and development strategies with overarching business objectives. This role encompasses a strategic approach to enhance employee development and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement corporate training programs and initiatives based on identified needs (e.g., Aspire, Let’s Lead, Impact).
  • Design and implement skill development programs to address specific competencies or technical skills required for job roles (based off of career path and potentially succession planning learning opportunities, using 70-20-10 model).
  • Lead the design of effective and engaging learning materials through delegation to and collaboration with the Learning Partner (coaching).
  • Facilitate the learning experiences, ensuring participants' understanding and engagement, both in-person and virtual.
  • Oversee HSU, ensuring it is utilized effectively to track training participation, completion, and effectiveness.
  • Develops assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants to make improvements and adjustments to future training sessions.
  • Oversees LinkedIn Learning, PMT, Power Hour, Compliance Assignments.
  • May be assigned other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of Learning and Development experience;
    • Experience in instructional design, online, virtual and instructional-led content creation preferred.
    • Large and small group facilitation.
    • Designing and delivering learning solutions in a variety of content areas (including leadership and professional development).
  • Knowledge of training theories and principles, including needs assessment, applied behavioral science, adult learning theory, organizational development, and/or established industry models of evaluation
  • Proficiency with LMS functionality and a variety of instructional and graphic design tools including Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Prezi; HTML knowledge preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of virtual learning platforms such as WebEx, Zoom, GoToTraining, Microsoft TEAMS, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of and willingness to keep abreast of new instructional design principles, adult learning, and learning technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication (presentation and authoring) skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to relate well to people at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Self-directed, highly motivated and ability to set priorities with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, teamwork environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to take on multiple initiatives with short timelines.
  • Ability to take creative direction and go through iterative rounds of revisions to deliver the best work.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

Salary Range: $89,712.36 to $119,616.48

Annual Bonus Potential: 10%

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, and/or other business and organizational needs.
