Job Description

As a Recruiter, you’ll lead end-to-end hiring for technical roles, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders. You’ll bring market insights, deliver a strong candidate experience, and represent the client’s brand with professionalism and care.

  • Location: Central Singapore
  • Work Setup: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite weekly)
  • Shift: Day/APAC shift
  • Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of technical recruitment experience in the Singapore market

Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Engagement

  • Conduct intake meetings to define role requirements and advise on search strategies using market insights.
  • Source candidates using Boolean search, databases, social media, and networking.
  • Review applications and manage pipelines through the ATS.
  • Engage candidates using a mix of channels, presenting the value proposition effectively.

Candidate Experience

  • Guide candidates through the process, from interview preparation to timely updates.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication to keep candidates engaged.

Assessment & Selection

  • Conduct structured phone interviews and assess candidate fit based on requirements.
  • Manage testing and background checks as needed.

Offer & Hiring

  • Partner with hiring managers to define and extend competitive offers.
  • Anticipate and manage counter-offers where appropriate.

Recruitment Operations

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to hiring leaders.
  • Proactively flag challenges and offer data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Several years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO or agency setting. Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and metrics.
  • Proficient in Boolean search and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with ATS and sourcing technologies.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles related to talent acquisition.
