The Business Strategy & Development team is a fully integrated team of Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs) and Product Managers, created to support and service our investment capabilities across diversified channels and regions. The team’s purpose is to maximize franchise value through best-in-class product positioning, leading as client advocates, and implementing business plans to drive organic growth, profitability, and asset retention.

Invesco Fixed Income (IFI) manages $513 billion in assets as of March 31, 2025. The platform is organized to meet the diverse needs of our global client base with 182 investment professionals across 9 investment teams in 12 key markets. Our clients are a mix of Retail Investors and Institutions.
Job Purpose
Invesco is seeking a Product Manager to support the firm’s Fixed Income investment capabilities. In this role, the Product Manager is responsible for providing key support with positioning a set of investment strategies, researching competitive landscape and product trends, and driving overall product management initiatives to support new business development efforts across institutional and retirement channels. The role will include support for our Stable Value investment platform, as well as other Invesco fixed income product lines and business channels.
The individual will work closely with the client portfolio managers, product managers, marketing, and portfolio teams, as well as other key business support functions, including acting as a liaison between the portfolio management team and both internal and external constituents on product-specific matters.
This individual should have an understanding of fixed income markets and concepts (preferably the asset management business, in particular), and must be regarded as a credible source of information and perspective for both fundamental and macro-economic factors affecting the asset class.
The Product Manager will have an intimate knowledge of the investment philosophy and process of each investment product supported. This includes a detailed understanding of current investment themes within the portfolio, knowledge of portfolio holdings, risk attributes of the strategy, past and current positioning of the portfolio, near-term outlook for the strategy and performance attribution.
The Product Manager acts as client advocate and “general manager” within the business unit, ensuring products are delivering outcomes that match client expectations. Strong communication and organizational skills are core requirements for the position.
