DESCRIPTION

The Order Fulfillment Analyst supports the planning, coordinating, and executing of the company’s order fulfillment operations. This role is critical in analyzing sales orders, monitoring inventory levels, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate combines a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering accurate, timely insights to support cross-functional teams and ensure operational success.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze order and inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize fulfillment. Generate reports to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
  • Create detailed, actionable reports to monitor demand forecasts, supply trends, and sales performance.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations to streamline decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and operations teams to monitor fulfillment readiness and inventory at risk.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving order discrepancies, delays, or other fulfillment challenges that could impact customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with operations teams to track product readiness and address inventory at risk.
  • Monitor the demand control process and provide updates to the Order Fulfillment Manager on customer compliance and consumption patterns.
  • Help prepare data and insights to support decision-making by senior leaders, including forecast variances, live goods sourcing needs, and profitability assessments.
  • Produce monthly and yearly projections for hard goods (e.g., racks and shipping materials) to ensure operational continuity.
  • Evaluate and oversee live goods sourcing deals, ensuring they contribute positively to the bottom line.
  • Support sales initiatives to drive top-line revenue growth by addressing fulfillment needs and opportunities.
  • Address and resolve order issues while accommodating unique customer requirements.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, such as order discrepancies, delays, or customer complaints. Work to find effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with sales teams, management, and other stakeholders. Provide updates on order fulfillment status, inventory levels, and any issues affecting order processing.
  • Ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, addressing any discrepancies or delays promptly.

Work Environment:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use; occasional bending, reaching, stretching, standing, and walking.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, order fulfillment, demand planning, or data analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), Power BI, or similar tools for building dashboards and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Power BI or other data visualization platforms.
  • Strong understanding of inventory, forecasting, and order management concepts.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
  • Proficiency in building reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or other relevant software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
