The Client Education Services team designs, develops and delivers client-centric learning solutions across the Single-Family business. Our team leverages business expertise, innovative techniques and technology to create easy-to-access learning solutions that drive business outcomes and make it easier for clients to do business with Freddie Mac.
In this position, you will be an integral part of developing and executing business-oriented learning strategies for various projects focused on mortgage Selling & Delivery and/or Servicing policies and technical tool initiatives. Utilize your technical writing skills, analytical skills, consultative, problem solving, instructional design and project management skills to provide clear and easy-to-understand instructions to our clients.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $98,000 - $148,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
