Graduate Trainee Program Overview:
The Graduate Trainee Program aims to groom high-potential individuals, creating a future pipeline of technical and management resources within and across the region. This intensive 18-month rotational initiative is designed for undergraduates and graduates passionate about careers in the BioPharma and Life Sciences industries. It combines professional rotations with continuous coaching, mentoring, hands-on experience, and networking opportunities to optimize learning and growth.
