Now we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 1-year fixed contract. As part of our team, you will support the recruitment of top professionals for Veeam products, with a focus on high-volume hiring and mass interviews.

Your tasks will include:

• Review and screen large volumes of job applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct mass interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance
• Maintain open positions in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and help execute recruitment strategies
• Deliver weekly progress reports and conduct market intelligence analysis

What we expect from you:

• Interest or some initial experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (internships or similar experience are a plus)
• Comfortable using or learning new tools and systems (experience with ATS is a plus, but not required)
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with team members and hiring managers
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling candidate information
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sufficient proficiency in English to effectively communicate with international teams

Will be an advantage:

• University degree in HR, Business, or a related field
