We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our corporate team in Brookhaven, GA. The ideal candidate is a passionate self-starter that is comfortable supporting all levels of management, and open to getting into the weeds when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced in interviewing, testing, orientation, exit interviews, salary surveys and unemployment hearings
- Administer open enrollment and employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, STD/LTD, FMLA and vacation
- Serve as primary source of contact to managers, employees, and legal counsel on all human resource related matters
- Maintain and administer specific HR reports and records as required
- Maintain and update personnel files
- Process payroll
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Organize and communicate employee rewards and recognition programs
- Other tasks and/or projects assigned
Job Requirements/Education/Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior HR Generalist/Manager
- BS degree in HR Administration/Business Management or related field
- Proficient in the application of HR laws and regulations
- ADP Vantage experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, MS Excel)
- Manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of Safety/OSHA/Workers Compensation/ADA beneficial
