In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to identify trends and insights that support personalized marketing strategies.
• Assist in developing customer segmentation and targeting approaches based on data findings.
• Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track digital performance and customer engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize digital touchpoints for improved user experience and conversion rates.
• Use analytics tools to monitor real-time data and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for team leads and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design and testing of web features that align with data-driven insights.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in analytics, web technologies, and customer engagement to bring fresh ideas to the team.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to use data to uncover insights and support business decisions.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of database tools or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in Customer Data Platform (CDP) is a plus.
