Purpose and Scope:
The XBS Salesforce CRM Business Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Salesforce CRM system to ensure data integrity and provide comprehensive support to users. This role involves user account management, role and territory administration, data management, reporting, and troubleshooting. The XBS Salesforce CRM Business Administrator also supports sales training and development projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- User Management:
- Initiate creation and freezing user accounts.
- Modify user records, including roles and managers.
- Manage user permissions.
- Role and Territory Management:
- Create, modify, and delete territories.
- Assign users to territories and review territory rules.
- Analyze territories and update them in collaboration with sales personnel.
- Account Management:
- Create account records from ERP data and external sources.
- Review and process candidate accounts.
- Update account data, merge duplicates and process merge requests.
- Assign accounts to territories and update ETM rules.
- Lead Management:
- Convert leads and assign resulting contacts and accounts.
- Correctly reassign leads as needed.
- Lease Management:
- Add, modify, and delete lease records.
- Other Data Management:
- Update contacts, contracts, assets, and service calls.
- Reporting:
- Create list views, reports, and dashboards.
- Extract SFDC data for external tools.
- Support users in creating their own reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot access issues for reports and dashboards.
- Support:
- Provide primary support for all users.
- Prepare user support documentation.
- Perform or support sales training.
- Open cases, incidents and service requests.
- Support other CRM administrators within the team.
- Development:
- Participate in IT projects, UAT, and feature rollouts.
- Provide ad hoc assistance to external and IT personnel.
Education Level:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce) and data management.
- Familiar with the use of API tools.
- Proficient in using SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
Location:
- Remote in the United States. This position is focused on supporting the XBS US West Region.
