Job Description:

Principal Sailpoint Developer

Required Hands-On Experience

  • 4+ Years of experience in code development using Java or other
  • 4+ years of experience with installation, integration and deployment of enterprise applications in client environment
  • Developing BPA Workflows, Rules, and Forms
  • Developing using the Business Process editor and Process Designer
  • Developing methods to validate output and providing validation detail
  • Familiarity with Chef, Kubernetes and Docker deployment environments.
  • DevOps methodologies and tools including GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, SNMP, and Splunk.
  • Experience in Agile delivery
  • Translating business requirements to technical functionality within Sailpoint
  • Creating and configure application connectors within IdentityIQ
  • Strong Identity Management knowledge in Sailpoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ
  • Strong understanding with Enterprise Directory Architecture
  • 4+ years' experience in MySQL or another other DBMS product
  • 4+ years managing projects through the full application development lifecycle
  • Code Development (within XML, Java, JSF etc.) and Scripting (shell, bash, perl, Python, PHP, Ruby, JSON)
  • Requires a good understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM)
  • Understanding of Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification
  • Strong knowledge on Application On-Boarding, Access Certifications and Role management
  • Strong knowledge of MFA, Symantec, RSA etc.

Responsibilities

  • Work with teams and business services to understand requirements, enterprise IT standards, and other considerations to produce solutions and desired functionality.
  • Develop Sailpoint IdentityIQ connectors as needed.
  • Development and some day-to-day operations of the IAM process supported by the Sailpoint products.
  • Participate in and/or lead User Acceptance Testing and bug-related engineering efforts.

Here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

  • 8-10+ years-experience in Identity and Access Management function
  • College degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong self-starter with ability to operate independently or work as a team member
  • Demonstration of a highly committed work ethic and a passion for the digital space
  • Excellent oral/written presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively with leadership; proficiency in ability to prepare presentations, analysis reports, and program status reports
  • Must have strong business acumen and ability to work with applications/product and IT teams
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, OSCP, vendor certifications and/or other related certifications, a plus
