Small from human handling big to system effective. This job position will be focus in quality control Engineer, which key focus in human manage and factory cooperate. Required in different treatment view in inspection and audit. And also same required self manage in high standard requested. High conversation between dep. to best practice learn and make win-win in final. Need provided the loyally angle of justification in manage internal and outer dep. compliance report. As we cooperate high between productivity and quality required, highest conversation skill in always.

Job position reasonability:

• Leading operation Team in well play manager
• Strong in audit role
• Work environment SME in production line
• Step SME during customer audit
• Clear in criteria document for judgment
• Accountability as team lead

What we Looking For:

• Manage lead experience at least 2 years.
• Educational qualifications: must be Master degree , field related Engineer.
• Language proficiency: Comprehension/Reading/speaking – Advanced , Writing –Intermediate (TOEIC > 800 or other English Test required > middle)
• Acceptable lead the operation team for correct/ accurate / clear guild and expert emotionally stable.
• Good communication internally and externally.
• Good integration skill in reporting
• Proactive offer CIP for enhancement any leakage and risk high point
• Willing cross dep. and different field for setup in success different task.
• Strong self learning will.

This Job need :

• 4/3 shift in Night shift
• Working in Fab in long term
• Flexible work in different environment (Particle class 10 and 10K)
