Role & Responsibilities:

Job Definition (Key Purpose of the Job):

This position needs to manage CN Ecommerce inventory strategy and allocation across different Ecommerce platforms, also oversees the agile inventory (O2O= Online to Offline, or Offline to Online) executions in China marketplace. It requires agility in allocating, sharing and rebalancing inventory to quickly respond to consumer needs. The roles need to have deep understanding in the tools and systems (SAP, Ali Mid-end and any new adoption), and fully leverage them to support business needs. In the day-to-day business. the role needs to have close connection with ECOM Sales Operation team, Planning and Buying team, and supply chain operation, to ensure good partnership for supporting ECOM business & enhancing TNF inventory agility.

Key Result Areas:

  • Lead CN EC channel allocation plan among all digital platforms, to delivery financial target and optimize inventory efficiency.
  • Plan and execute inventory readiness for EC mega events and fully leverage omni-channel resources in creative ways to guarantee the best available inventory for success, guide and ensure EC inventory rebalancing among platforms, EC inventory return post mega events to achieve good ST across channels.
  • ST and inventory tracking and analysis across E-platforms, work with buying team on assortment plans by platform and suggest on in-season assortment adjustment. Read the ST by platform and guide EC Operations and 3rd party TP to shift inventory across e-platform or online/offline, to address consumer demand, maximize revenue opportunity, driver higher EC Sell through.
  • Develop comprehensive O2O analysis to fine tune the O2O strategy and maximize the O2O contribution to the business during in-season inventory management.
  • Build strategic work relationship bridge inside cross functional teams onwards brand success, esp. EC sales operations, 3rd partner TP, supply chain, DT team operation, planning and buying team

Experience

Minimum Relevant Experience: At least 6 years related experience, EC allocation/inventory management and O2O experiences are preferred.

Minimum Supervisory Experience: 2 Years

Nature of Work: Demand planning or inventory management in Sport/Retail/FMCG

Academic Qualifications

Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor

Subject Expert In: Mathematic/Business/Statistical analysis/Apparel

Certifications Required: N/A

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in: Mandarin / English

Specific Working Conditions

Frequency of Travel: 20%
