Role & Responsibilities:
Job Definition (Key Purpose of the Job):
This position needs to manage CN Ecommerce inventory strategy and allocation across different Ecommerce platforms, also oversees the agile inventory (O2O= Online to Offline, or Offline to Online) executions in China marketplace. It requires agility in allocating, sharing and rebalancing inventory to quickly respond to consumer needs. The roles need to have deep understanding in the tools and systems (SAP, Ali Mid-end and any new adoption), and fully leverage them to support business needs. In the day-to-day business. the role needs to have close connection with ECOM Sales Operation team, Planning and Buying team, and supply chain operation, to ensure good partnership for supporting ECOM business & enhancing TNF inventory agility.

Experience
Minimum Relevant Experience: At least 6 years related experience, EC allocation/inventory management and O2O experiences are preferred.
Minimum Supervisory Experience: 2 Years
Nature of Work: Demand planning or inventory management in Sport/Retail/FMCG
Academic Qualifications
Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor
Subject Expert In: Mathematic/Business/Statistical analysis/Apparel
Certifications Required: N/A
Language Proficiency:
