职责：

负责KA医院以外的医院准入、安全运营、跨部门合作、关键客户融动，主要包括：

• 建立区域医院和公司长期战略合作伙伴关系。
• 负责KA医院以外的产品准入。
• 维护医院列名状态，服务于患者。
• 负责区域关键客户专家管理，并支持产品准入策略和专家的沟通和反馈。
• 区域层面跨部门沟通，从而促进活动执行，和长远公司准入策略活动平台构建。
• 遵守合规和财务政策。

要求：

• 医药及相关专业大学本科或以上学历。
• 3年以上的成功的医药销售经验或2年以上的销售管理、或产品管理、KA经验。
• 熟悉关键客户的日常工作内容和相关决策过程。
• 了解与医疗相关的法规和政策，并与时俱进。了解临床疾病相关和药物相关的重点信息。
• 熟悉公司内部的日常业务流程。了解公司针对关键客户相关的学术会议和交流平台的运作方式。
• 掌握业务多个方面的沟通技巧，谈判技巧。
• 业务洞察能力和多角度管理复杂情况处理能力。快速学习多领域知识的能力。
