Job Description

About the Role

Join SEEK's Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion practice where you'll help nurture our inclusive culture, improve wellbeing initiatives, and build meaningful connection opportunities across APAC. You'll support our new WD&I strategy implementation through coordination, research, analysis, and relationship-building.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Drive implementation of our 5-pillar WD&I strategy by championing shared responsibility and inclusive leadership
  • Establish and nurture Employee Advocacy Groups that amplify diverse voices and perspectives
  • Design inclusive employment experiences through continuous listening and employee feedback
  • Contribute to WD&I surveys and translate data into actionable insights
  • Supervise workplace psychosocial risks and build proactive mitigation plans
  • Support WGEA compliance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate our impactful WD&I events calendar that builds awareness and drives action
  • Lead local event enablement across our Asia region offices
  • Manage our SEEKer Support program, including wellbeing platforms and counseling services
  • Partner with P&C teams to integrate WD&I principles into key people programs
  • Develop engaging WD&I content for our internal and external digital platforms

Your Team

You'll join our growing WD&I team, working alongside our Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion Lead and collaborating with specialists across our global organization.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Proven track record to coordinate WD&I initiatives in multicultural environments
  • Experience developing tailored solutions for diverse organizational needs
  • Skills in supporting cultural change through effective communications
  • Analytical approach for interpreting data to build inclusive experiences
  • Knowledge of modern WD&I practices and their practical applications
  • Research and project coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with program evaluation and compliance reporting
  • Skilled in building strong connections with diverse customers
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while finding common ground
  • Commercial competence in linking WD&I initiatives to organizational performance

Ideal Background

  • Proven experience or qualifications in Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Commerce/Economics, or Law
  • Understanding of WD&I regulatory requirements in ASX-listed companies
