This Position reports to:

Operations Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure efficient and cost-effective production results. Each day, you will be responsible for meeting order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets through the coordination of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes. You will also showcase your expertise by developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital.

The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role is contributing to the factory of Electrification Smart Buildings division in Ramos Arizpe.

Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Monitor production plans and address deviations with corrective actions.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring operations stay within allocated resources.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational performance and optimize working capital.
• Ensure a value chain perspective is applied to meet customer expectations in quality, service, and lead time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations or production management within an industrial environment.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage KPIs with positive outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align with global operational guidelines.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Knowledge in quality, manufacturing, demand planning, or continuous improvement is an asset.
• SAP and electrification industry experience are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
