Manager will be responsible for the accountability of human and financial resources in compliance with departmental and company wide goals and objectives. Ensures subordinate team leaders professionals adhere to defined internal controls with a focus on policy and strategy implementation.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage several teams ensuring performance goals and standards such as regulatory requirements, service levels and quality are achieved.
  • Act as an employee advocate, communicating, counseling, documenting and resolving any and all issues. Maximize the use of operational resources across teams, including people, technology, time and workloads.
  • Become subject matter expert for areas of responsibility including any regulatory requirements.

Role Requirements

  • You will need to have a proven management/supervisory knowledge.
  • Having a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing/ supervising teams also experience in Financial Services sector or similar Industries is required, in addition proven skills collaborating cross functionally.
  • You must be a highly effective communicator orally and in writing with the ability to communicate across and up the organization. 
  • Be able to prioritize and organize workflow to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and embrace change as necessary to drive business and achieve product goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrated critical and analytical thinking and detail oriented to drive Western Union growth.
  • Must comply with deadlines, show independence, pro-activeness, responsibility, sense of urgency and reliability to ensure the correct service and compliance within all Western Union organizations and partners.
  • Ability to manage projects and deadlines in accordance with team SLAs and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven culture based on lean management tools.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 3250 – 6216 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
