We Offer

 

  • Design the client and RM experience
  • Run workshops with partners and clients to ideate and explore their situations, problems and requirements
  • Translate concepts from the workshops into wireframes and mockups that lead to the development of intuitive user experiences
  • Deliver concrete high-fidelity wireframes, client journey maps, user stories, personae and supporting material that has been optimized for a wide variety of devices, interfaces and human-computer interactions
  • Develop a design validation approach to rapidly iterate and test your designs
  • Identify design problems in existing software and devise elegant solutions to them
  • Support the strategic design and user experience decisions related to existing and new applications and technologies
  • Setting up experience roadmap per segment and as per target persona for Client and RM Channels
  • Collaborate internally with partners, team members and core members of our business and IT teams
  • Understand the voice of the customer and ensure that voice is integrated into the experience roadmap
  • Collaborate externally with clients, user-representatives and communities to validate and ideate
  • Reporting Line to the Head of IWM Digital Capabilities Design
  • Support the IWM Digital Capabilities Design as directed
  • Foster cross-BA and cross-Divisional alignment and knowledge exchange

 

You Offer

  • Min. 5 years’ of experience in a large global bank or financial industry
  • University degree or equivalent (and/or MBA or alike)
  • Fundamental understanding of wealth management business and IT alike, including knowledge of Financial products and processing
  • Fundamental knowledge of data management and concepts such as modelling, glossary, lineage
  • Strong analytical skills, ideally with a proven background in big data analytics or banking process analysis
  • Responsibility and independent working practice, showing initiative and high level of reliability
  • Demonstrated ability in problem solving and you are experienced in Project Management
  • Ability to perform excellent stakeholder management and to establish trusted relationships at senior and top management level
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster consensus in decisional processes, also for challenging and complex initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and great teammate capabilities
  • Ability to work in a demanding and complex environment and prioritize workload accordingly
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral)
