Job Description
As part of a Global team, you’ll be a pivotal part of our agile squads, where you will be the link between our business partners, product owners and the development team. You’ll learn about meaningful FinTech trends and help deliver key FinTech projects that help Investment and Distribution teams modernize the way they work to achieve their goals.
As a contributor to the vision and product strategy for the initiatives the team undertakes, where we can improve our ability to be forward-thinking and agile to move quickly, iterate on ideas, and quickly show value. You will be comfortable taking a Design Thinking approach to evolving ideas collaboratively with business partners, the use of UX/UI and visual prototyping will be a key part of defining our products. You will define user stories and prioritize the backlog in line with business/partner priorities, working closely with other squad members. You’ll also have a pivotal role in monitoring quality of delivery and accept work as it is completed. You enjoy the challenge of researching new trends, and your presentation skills are key to share this information, preparing communications and tracking initiatives. Your approach is to start with ‘why’ we do something, rather than ‘what’ we do.
