您将加入联想智能设备集团（IDG）事业部，基于手机互联与联想业务生态，规划智能穿戴类产品的软件体验。

岗位职责：

• 负责智能穿戴产品软件功能的全生命周期管理：独立撰写详细、精准的产品需求文档，清晰定义产品功能及特性。
• 基于数据决策：具备扎实的数据分析基础，综合运用各类数据分析工具，基于数据分析结果，提出切实可行的产品改进方案
• 规划产品方案，推动产品不断完善，提升用户体验与产品竞争力。

岗位要求：

1. 技术理解能力：
2. 熟悉智能穿戴产品相关的硬件与软件技术知识，包括蓝牙通信、操作系统、传感器应用等，以便与技术团队进行顺畅、有效的沟通，确保产品需求在技术层面的可行性，实现技术与产品需求的完美融合。
3. 对AI技术的基础概念，如机器学习、自然语言处理等在智能穿戴设备场景中的应用潜力有清晰认知。
4. 敏锐的市场分析能力：能够深入剖析市场头部产品的优势与不足，精准把握市场趋势，为产品开发与迭代提供有力依据。
5. 卓越的沟通协作能力：擅长与设计、开发、测试、运营等多部门密切配合、高效协同。在产品开发过程中，有效协调各方资源，推动产品从规划到上线的顺利推进，并持续优化迭代。
6. 强烈的自我驱动与创新意识：对产品开发满怀热忱，时刻关注行业动态与新技术发展。具备创新思维，尤其在智能手表产品领域，勇于探索新方向，为产品注入独特创意与功能亮点，显著提升产品的市场竞争力。
7. 语言能力：该岗位涉及全球协同，需要具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，可独立清晰且有逻辑地呈现观点，无障碍地与跨部门团队开展技术交流与协作。
8. 学历与工作经验：本科及以上学历，具备 2-4年以上产品管理相关工作经验。有智能硬件或软件产品规划经验优先。
