Analyst – Issue Management (Site Operations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities include remediating issues logged by various stakeholders, which may involve front end experience remediation and customer care issue remediation.
- Should be able to understand backend systems and root cause issues.
- Working on resolving issues reported by customers and internal stakeholders by using internal tools.
- Partnering with business and technical teams on resolving customer facing production issues, identifying root cause, analyzing impact, and implementing corrective / preventive actions
- Identifying themes from the repeatedly reported issues and prioritizing themes with higher criticality and impact.
- Should be able to show consistent reduction in the no. of issues logged by identifying common issues and share RCA to drive reduction.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with teams globally. Good Analytical, logical-reasoning and Problem- solving skills.
- Should be a fast learner, self-motivated, energetic & hardworking.
- Good in coordination and planning. Should be able to prioritize critical tasks and meet the deadlines.
Mandatory Skillsets:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce operations or support
- Proficient in MS-Excel
- Good Communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
- Experience handling issues and remediation.
- Good understanding of eCommerce product page and frontend customer experience.
- Individual is expected to work on night shifts as and when business requires
