Responsibilities:

  •  Manage HR, Recruiting, Organizational Development and Compensation systems
  • Develop and maintain partnerships across all HR functional areas to improve and execute on innovative solutions in support of business objectives
  • Work with vendors for updates, enhancements, bug fixes and integrations
  • Undertake initiatives and projects to automate the information delivery process
  • Perform advanced application configuration on current and new systems
  • Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training on HR systems
  • Identify new sources of actionable metrics and data-capture mechanisms and establish best practices and processes to ensure the highest data integrity

  Note: It is a techno functional role knowledge of Oracle Based Platforms/ Taleo, People soft or any other Applicant Tracking System is preferred     

 Job location is Jogeshwari West ( Mumbai) , Navi Mumbai and Outside Mumbai region candidate applications will not be considered
