We are looking for a Senior Manager of Product Management to join our Privacy and Trust Product Team. This role focuses on developing and executing a privacy and data governance-focused product strategy, with a primary focus on metadata management and strategic privacy integrations. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure end-to-end alignment and that all ingested metadata is tagged for automated enforcement.
As a Senior Manager of Product Management, you will:
Lead the development and execution of a privacy and data governance-focused product strategy.
Focus on metadata management and ensure all ingested metadata is tagged for automated enforcement.
Enable strategic privacy-centric product development and integration across CDL programs.
Lead the CDP privacy Vizio considerations to ensure seamless integration with existing platforms and processes.
Ensure end-to-end alignment across existing teams for seamless integration.
Define and communicate product prioritization and timelines for the customer data platform engineering team.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in customer privacy, data protection, data governance and compliance.
Collaborate with Engineering, Walmart Connect, Data Ventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver privacy-focused data solutions.
Act as a thought leader, influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
Drive innovation within the customer data platform.

Qualifications
9+ years in Product Management with a focus on privacy or data management.
Retail industry experience is a plus.
Quantitative or technical background preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful product roadmaps and initiatives.
Solid understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market trends in the retail space.
Demonstrated ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize.

The Privacy and Trust Product Team focuses on empowering teams across the company to seamlessly access high-quality, unified customer data while ensuring robust privacy and data governance standards. We aim to build scalable, secure, and intelligent platforms that integrate and govern customer data across the organization, enabling self-serve capabilities for internal teams to efficiently access, analyze, and activate customer data for various business functions.

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
