Responsibilities:

• Transport raw material as needed (Ability to lift 50lbs is required)
• Operate machines with a high level of focus on safety, quality and productivity.
• Perform critical inspections to the product by using visual inspection and precision tools and equipment
• Maintain a safe, lean, clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and management systems
• Perform all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety and environmental regulations

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• Work in a collaborative team environment
• Possess the ability to operate machinery that utilizes high power magnets
• Show initiative, eagerness and a drive to gain knowledge and advance with Avery Dennison.
• High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities, while adapting as needed based on business demands
• Resourcefulness, accuracy, problem solving, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
• Display a strong work ethic and commitment

• Possess mechanical aptitude, including measuring in millimeters and basic math skills

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

No Previous RFID experience required
