Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Alteryx + SQL Server Reporting Services (SRSS)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager with expertise in Alteryx and SRSS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead data analytics initiatives, drive business insights, and support decision-making processes through advanced data visualization and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Analytics Projects: Manage end-to-end data analytics projects using Alteryx for data preparation and SRSS for creating insightful reports.
• Develop Dashboards and Reports: Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards/ Reports using SRSS that provide meaningful and insightful reports to business users.
• Data Integration: Oversee the integration of various data sources to ensure comprehensive and accurate data analysis.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of data analysts, ensuring best practices in data management and visualization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously improve the performance of Alteryx workflows.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for team members on Alteryx and SRSS to enhance their skills.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Experience in data analytics, with experience in a managerial role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx for data preparation and SRSS for creating insightful reports. Strong SQL skills are essential.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of data professionals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Certifications: Alteryx Designer Advanced Certification
• Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail is advantageous.
• Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
