The Opportunity
The Customer Implementation Manager oversees new implementations, managing customer-facing and internal projects within the designated area. This role involves collaborating with Commercial Managers, Customer Service Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding of new products in the customer global growth program. Responsibilities include managing complex projects, liaising with customers for satisfaction, and serving as the key contact during implementation phases.
Additionally, the manager ensures staff understand SOPs and processes, maintains clear documentation for implementation plans, and upholds business conformance. The CI Manager works directly with Regional/Global Account and Program Managers to deliver the roadmap, collaborating closely with program and project teams.
As a Maersk employee, the manager should embody company values and cultural behaviors, supporting the long-term vision of integration. When working with JCB, the manager is expected to follow customer values and policies, always representing Maersk.

Benefits
Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.
The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
