Key Responsibilities:

• Support production processing and troubleshoot ISO reporting issues.
• Process, balance, and analyze policy and claim data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve data errors, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Perform statistical data reconciliation and address discrepancies.
• Research and interpret regulatory requirements for expanded reporting services.
• Collaborate with programming teams to define system changes and support testing.
• Liaise with Policy & Claim vendors to resolve data issues and lead reporting projects.
• Train team members on statistical reporting practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistical/Data Analysis or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in statistical reporting, ideally in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, data analysis, and tools like Power BI and SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
