Job Description

Job Objectives

Ensure that the International IT team in APAC receive the expected service from HR department.

This position reports to the HQ HR Director in charge of the IT teams, based in Paris.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership with IT management team to link their business needs to HR related actions.
  • Implement the global HR policy and performance management cycles for the team. Help IT managers to enhance the team performance aligning with Ubisoft value.
  • Enable and drive the recruitment delivery strategies needed to meet the IT department objectives
  • Analyze the required competencies, initiate and drive the relevant training & development actions
  • Manage C&B and people retention strategy for the APAC teams in different location according local salary market situation.
  • Consult to both managers and team members the career evolution in Ubisoft
  • Deployment global HR project for team in IT APAC
  • Provide headquarter with critical indicators and management information

  • Collaboration with global HR for IT teams
  • Partnership with IT managers
  • Coordination with studio HR teams in APAC

Qualifications

        University degree in Business Administrations, Human Resources or related field

        5 years+ general HR management experience in an international context (Asia-Pacific regional role a plus)

        Familiar with key HR functions including talent management, recruitment, compensation and talent development.

        Knowledge of APAC IT profiles and labor market

        Customer oriented, strong interpersonal skills

        Fluent in English and Mandarin

        Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deal effectively with change

        Well-organized, self-motivated, excellent team player

        Strong influencing skills
