Grid Systems Integration (GSI) is a high-growth business that delivers project solutions to enable large scale electrification and support customer needs. A key initiative to ensure the success of the GSI business ramp up is the GSI academy dedicated to the development of the GSI specific technical competencies which are required to support our growth and long-term strategy. Different learning journeys are proposed.
Mission:
The GSI Academy Class Program Coordinator plays a vital role by ensuring the deployment of the GSI academy class journeys with lean & efficient processes with a drastic Ramp up expected in 2025.
Main accountabilities:
1/ Class journey deployment
2/ Efficiency management:
3/ Tools & procedures:
4/ Ensure the update process of the GSI knowledge library with the support of experts
5/ Assist in creating GSI Academy Technical Training Content together with GSI Experts (scope related to candidate experience)
Some travels will be required mainly in Europe
Skills:
Experience level: Engineer level with minimum 3 years' experience
