Auto req ID 82523BR Job Title New Product Launch (NPL) Engineer (Nogales) Country Mexico Posting Location Nogales Job Description Administrate and manage local Project Leaders upon new product launch activities and priorities. Develop strategies to meet new product launch initiatives and procedures. Direct link and contact for Business Units, Program Managers, Technical Product Leaders and Design Teams. Integrate and coordinate all the functional areas to deliver on-time ship acceptance and launch Manage and control budget requirement for each project. Coordinate and lead successfully large introduction projects and transfers. Job Requirements ­ BS engineering discipline, BS engineering/technical discipline or equivalent experience. MS (technical discipline) or MBA preferred.
­ 46 years experience leading new product introduction projects, leading transfers for small, large and complex projects.
­ 4 years on manufacturing area (process, NPI, manufacturing engineering). Minimum:
­ 4 years on program management position plus 2 years on manufacturing engineering. Experience using Microsoft Project, or similar tools is highly desired.
English 90%
Demonstrated ability to develop and track a detailed, integrated project schedule is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and consensus building skills are required. Extensive experience dealing directly with customers and third party vendors is required.
