Job Description Summary

Sales Force Effectiveness Manager is responsible for optimal field force allocation over HCPs, portfolio and effective cycle planning including target setting, interaction plan and sales incentive scheme to maximize market growth.

Job Description

Major Accountabilities

  • Lead segmentation and targeting to optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead cycle planning process including target setting, territory design and product assignment, panel management in close cooperation with BUs.
  • Align strategic company and Business Unit objectives with sales and promotion plans and incentive schemes
  • Design and launch interaction plans in line with global guidelines, Omni Channel principles and business strategy
  • Manage Field Force productivity, capacity planning and improve quality
  • Ensure Field performance tracking in terms of performance KPIs, ROI analytics and cycle target attainment.
  • Develop and run field sales incentive (base, special, V&B) calculation, correction and approval process.
  • Set up CRM infrastructure in close alignment with Regional Commercial Excellence team.
  • Supervise CRM system management including product assignment, user and
  • employee management and overall system maintenance.
  • Drive the systematic generation of insights and generating recommendations for the business to improve sales force efficiency.
  • Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios
  • related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Management of systems to ensure accurate reporting
  • Achieving optimal national patient access outcomes.
  • Accurate Sales target and incentive process
  • OCE KPIs
  • SCOUT interaction plan and panel submission

Ideal Background:

Education and Qualifications

  • MA University degree on Economics/Business/Statistics

Languages

  • Hungarian – native/fluent
  • English – fluent

Experience

  • Commercial experience and/or leadership experience in Healthcare Data Management & Systems
  • Sales in Healthcare / Pharma / related business
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Science
  • Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment
  • Developing health economic models and conducting evidence generation projects to support HTAs
  • Experience working cross-functionally and trans-nationally
  • Market and customer intelligence
  • Project Management Competencies

Technical / Functional Skills

  • experience with using large datasets
  • knowledge of maintenance and regular use of different databases (IQVIA sales databases, CRM system databases)
