Education and/or licensure requirements: Licensed (or eligible) by the IDNS (Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety) – required Registered (or eligible) by ARRT (RT,R) – required. CPR certification – Required. BCLS certification - Required ACLS certification – Preferred Compliant with PPD requirements
Experience: Minimum two years experience as a Radiology Technologist.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to perform effective verbal communication. Ability to work across all service lines and partner with key customers. Develops strong rapport with Cardiologists, Radiologists and all patient care units.
Title: Diagnostic Interventional Lab Technologist
Operates radiological equipment to produce quality radiographs (x-rays) of the body for diagnostic purposes under the direction of a physician.
