About Smart Infrastructure – Electrification and Automation:
The Utility Systems & Solutions segment of Electrification and Automation (EA) offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for the Utility and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) markets. We provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing into our Future Grids portfolio and applications to create the power distribution grid of the future. The product portfolio includes but is not limited to medium voltage switchgear (AIS & GIS), Outdoor Circuit Breakers, MV Control, Power Equipment Centers, Overhead distribution products, low voltage motor control centers, photovoltaic (PV) Inverters, and ancillary MV and LV products that are routinely part of complete electrical packaged solutions in substations, power plants, and renewable energy power generation. Our comprehensive portfolio meets the growing technical requirements of today’s and tomorrow’s power grid!
We are looking for a Program Manager. This position is Hybrid and will be based in Wendell, NC
Overview:
The Utility Systems & Solutions business is looking for a Program Manager (PM) to join our Partner Programs and Project management team. As a PM, you will be responsible for laying out the structure for successful execution of multiple projects on long term programs for our strategic utility customers. Responsibilities will include overseeing projects managed by other project managers while also managing the successful execution of few projects on the program, from project initiation through final closeout. You will work in a matrix style organization requiring excellent coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver customer success that helps generate more business. Headquartered in Wendell, NC, the Utility Systems & Solutions segment executes a diverse portfolio of projects, and this position will be focused on medium voltage switchgear (AIS & GIS) including medium-voltage power distribution equipment packaging and services. The PM role comes with ample opportunities for growth, reflective of Siemens mission to empower people with a growth mindset. As a customer facing team, we keep customer satisfaction at the forefront as we manage large projects in a fast-paced environment.
