Responsibilities:
Service the customer in the assigned territory –Central Area and ready to relocate if necessary
- Deliver efficient installation of all instruments according to procedures
- Ensure upgrades and modifications are performed in designated territory within the specified time frame
- Plans and executes Preventative Maintenance of instruments in designated territory
- Feedback of Spare Parts Usage to ensure accurate and minimum spare parts inventory holding
- Report the complaint within 24 hours of awareness, and deliver timely and effective troubleshooting service to maximize uptime of all instruments and improve customer experience
- Handle Field Corrective Actions per SOP requirement, strictly follow the instructions from Ortho Clinical Diagnostics
- Ensure the measurement tool(s) is(are) calibrated whenever applicable
- Provide assistance, as required, for customer and business needs, including but not limited to assistance with the prompt and effective launch of new instruments
- Contribute scientific and technical knowledge of products and their application to sales team as part of winning new accounts
- Provide a level of service that ensures customer retention by routine interfacing and rapport building with all appropriate levels in customers
- Comply with applicable policies and procedures
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience as a Field Engineer in similar industries
- Effective engineering communication skills
- Strong IT knowledge, customer service skills, and a service-minded attitude
- Accountability and pleasant demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build customer relationships and solve problems with strong analytical capabilities
- Time management skills, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Teamwork-oriented, with a good personality, positive attitude, and hardworking nature
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Computer literacy and a good understanding of IT networking
- Willingness to travel and stay in assigned territories, including overseas travel
- Ability to work independently under pressure and time constraints with minimal supervision
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in spoken and written English
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ownership of a car
WORKING Territory: Majority in Central, Nakhon Ratchasima and ready to relocate if necessary (Upper Northeastern, Northern, Central and Nakhon Ratchasima)
