Central to this mission is our Advisor Experience Technology Delivery team, which is tasked with developing next-generation technology solutions that will fundamentally redefine the wealth management landscape. We’re looking for a senior technology executive to help lead one of the most critical transformations in our advisor platform: ensuring our systems are stable, scalable, and built to deliver a consistently excellent advisor experience.
As the SVP of Advisor Technology Resiliency & Experience Enablement, you will serve as a senior right hand to the CIO, helping stabilize and strengthen our advisor-facing platforms in the near term while building the systems and practices to reduce client friction and increase confidence long term. With that in mind, this role requires extensive experience in wealth management (or a related discipline), ideally including both product strategy and engineering experience.
This role combines operational urgency with long-term strategy. You’ll lead a tiger team of expert engineers and oversee a $28M investment portfolio focused on improving the advisor experience—eliminating friction, accelerating stability, and building confidence across the platform. This pivotal position sits at the heart of engineering and product strategy. As we make significant investments in our key technology assets and platforms, this role emerges as one cornerstone of our mission to revolutionize the way financial services are delivered and experienced by our clients. Pay Range:
$206,475-$344,125/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
