Deloitte Digital: Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

Work you’ll do
The Advertising ,Marketing & Commerce team delivers and deploys strategy, design, and implementation of web content management, digital asset management, and other technology solutions in the digital marketing and content space.  As a Senior Manager, you will bring considerable technical, functional, and product expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients.
  • Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk
  • Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
  • Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
  • Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals
  • Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Qualifications
 
Required:
  • 10+ years of relevant technology consulting or industry experience
  • 10+ years of experience leading large scale digital marketing projects
  • Experience leading large sized teams (on and offshore) and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff
  • Experience with large full lifecycle implementations
  • Experience with at least several of the following tools:
    • Data visualization: Tableau, Omniscope, PowerBI, Web Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Good Analytics, Webtrends.
    • Ad Servers:  DoubleClick, Sizmek, Atlas, MOAT, DoubleVerify. 
    • Syndicated Measurement: comScore, Nielsen. 
    • Ad Effectiveness Research:  comeScore, Millward Brown Digital, GFK, Nielsen Marketing Cloud
    • Marketing Automation: SFDC Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Eloqua, Responsys, Marketo
    • DMPs: Blue Kai, Rocket Fuel, Trade Desk etc.
    • DSPs: Adobe Media Optimizer, DoubleClick, Media Math
    • Digital Analytics tools: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tag Management Solutions (Ensighten, Tealium, GTM), A/B & MVT Solutions (Target, Optimizely, Sitespect)
    • Data Manipulation tools: VBA/Excel Macros, SQL, SAS, SPSS, S-Plus, R, etc.
  • Willingness to travel 80 – 100% of the time
Preferred:
  • Bachelors or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, or Advertising is preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities-must be able to communicate complex ideas in       both technical and user-friend language
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams
