We are now looking for a new Senior Business Analyst – Oracle EBS (Procurement) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania!

This position is also open in Bologna, Milano, Tognana (Italy) and Bratislava, Nove Mesto (Slovakia).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in the procurement domain and will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing system solutions, and driving implementation strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle EBS Procurement modules, business processes, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to ensure optimal system functionality.

What kind of work will you be doing?

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document procurement-related business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and functional specifications.
• Lead and facilitate workshops and discussions to identify process improvements and system enhancements specific to procurement.
• Provide expert-level support and guidance on Oracle EBS Procurement modules, including Purchasing (PO), iProcurement, Supplier Management, and Sourcing.
• Work closely with development team to design, configure, test, and deploy system changes.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend system modifications and process enhancements within the procurement function.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training activities to ensure smooth implementation.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide recommendations for long-term solutions.
• Stay up to date with Oracle EBS updates, patches, and best practices.

What will make you successful?

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Oracle EBS Procurement.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Procurement modules (PO, iProcurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing, etc.).
• Experience with Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SQL and reporting tools (e.g., SQL Developer) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle EBS Procurement certification.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Prior experience working in a global enterprise environment.
