Principal Objectives

Plan and launch Governance Program for retail stores including conducting on-site store audits, sales data monitoring and control measures execution to build a strong and sustainable culture on retail operations compliance

Job Description

  • Develop / refine retail operations policies and procedures for all store types as well as the readiness of the multi-channels store operations.
  • Develop/ refine new standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Corporate Projects to meet with business & retail operational needs
  • Sustain the P&P knowledge through training and on-going store communications, facilitate field management team to perform counter assessment to meet the P&P standard and the KPI, amend the P&P content based on the new POS system design to have a suitable P&P for the affiliate.
  • Launch and manage annual mandatory compliance digital learnings in the affiliate.
  • Execute and monitor anti-division audit program such as launching annual AD E-learning program to all field staff and send the AD notice to online/offline retailers.
  • Partner with regional retail operations team to build and introduce the retail project to TW affiliate such as ROTM, Retail Ops. Dashboard.
  • Design and provide trainings, prepare reinforcement / communication materials for retail staff on retail operation policies & procedures
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate the corporate retail operations projects independently such as partnering with global and APAC EHS team to perform EHS assessment for FSS.
  • Inventory control management including conducting full count twice a year for loss prevention of all retail stores.
  • Work with relevant parties independently for risk management and lost prevention.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by senior management

Qualifications and Requirements

Work Experience

  • At least 5-year working experiences in Retail Operations / Sales Administration / Office Administration or related experiences
  • Sales management experience in retail industry and store management experience will be a plus
  • Sound analytical mind with good understanding of business processes
  • Excellent sense of customer services excellence
  • Strong analytical and numerical sense
  • Be agile and is capable to manage multi-tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, especially Excel
  • Embrace change and Strong Learning agility
