Siemens GBS (Global Business Services) is in search of a dedicated IT Service Manager with a preference for candidates possessing a background in HR or IT systems, and hands-on experience in both on-premise and cloud-based SaaS solutions. The role places a strong emphasis on IT and Cybersecurity compliance, making relevant expertise in this domain highly advantageous.

As an IT solution expert for SAP HCM Integration with Workday you take on the role to lead the integrations of Workday with multiple SAP HCM systems using integration platforms like e.g. ShapeIn.

Your mission will be…

• Design, develop, implement and operate integrations between Workday and SAP HCM payroll (PY), Personal administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) using integration platforms like ShapeIn;
• Collaborate with global teams (customer and internal teams) to understand business needs and ensure a smooth integration process;
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and compliance;
• Optimize payroll workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability;
• Maintain documentation and provide training for internal teams as needed
• Stay updated on Workday, SAP HCM (PY, PA and OM) and integration best practices like ShapeIn.

We are looking for someone with…

• Proven first experience (2-5 years) in SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM) implementations;
• A solid grasp in Workday integrations, SAP (PY, PA, OM) processes, and middleware solutions to ensure seamless and efficient data flow between the systems;
• Hands-on expertise in integration tools (e.g. ShapeIn) and middleware solutions;
• Familiarity with SAP HCM (PY, PA and OM) – schemas, tables, features, functions, and business processes;
• Proven first experience with SAP Time;
• A strong commitment to a customer-centric approach, placing our customers at the core of every action;
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that embraces change;
• A willingness to thrive in an international setting;
• A strong team player with a penchant for virtual collaboration;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken business-level English.
