This is a temporary position.
The FLEX Sr. Manager, Lock Security & Stabilization Package, is a key member of the Global Operations (GO) department. This role will support the global deployment of the 2025 Lock Security and Stabilization Package (Lock Package), a critical component of our Digital and Technology Transformation (DTT) initiatives. This role requires technical and operational expertise to guide decision-making and problem-solving across all components of the lock system (software and hardware) as well as the hotel tech ecosystem. The Flex Sr. Manager will also be required to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups (internal and external) to ensure the project stays on track towards the committed timelines.
This role will also support the development and implementation of a sustainable process for ongoing annual lock system software updates post-2025. This role will ensure there is internal and external coordination to identify and resolve roadblocks while maintaining timeline commitments to ensure seamless transition of process at the end of the year.
Position is based in Bethesda, MD.

The pay range for this position is $52.06 to $62.50 per hour.
