As Allegro Microsystems continues to expand our presence in the China region, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to lead our marketing efforts.

SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing for the China region will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing programs, with a particular emphasis on driving leads, demand and awareness via our key accounts and distribution partners, campaigns, the regional website, digital marketing efforts (paid, SEM, SEO & ABM), regional events and webinars, social media including WeChat, and PR. We are looking for an experienced and data-driven hands-on professional who can help us develop our regional marketing and programs to scale our business and meet revenue goals. This position will report to the Director of Growth Marketing, partnering closely with our corporate marketing, regional sales leaders, and channel partners to drive, monitor, and manage lead flow to the sales organization. Your role will be highly visible and vital to the organization’s growth strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Regional Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, programs, and campaign calendars aligned with Allegro's business goals and objectives. Identify and evaluate which channel programs are best suited for specific distributors based on market segment to expand customer/prospect reach and implement based on analysis. Understand customer insights and apply within campaign strategies.
  • Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of regional marketing programs to maximize the impact on sales and brand awareness. Ensure seamless alignment with corporate marketing initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and effective marketing content tailored for the China market, including growth marketing campaigns, social, collateral, presentations, PR materials, and digital assets. Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to ensure consistency with global messaging.
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and seminars. Ensure events are aligned with marketing goals and contribute to lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Social Media Management: Create and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage the target audience, and drive awareness in China. Write / translate as well as design / post content and align to corporate social content initiatives. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and report regularly on social media metrics.
  • Campaign Development: Create and implement regional marketing campaigns to drive awareness, lead volume, and revenue. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and regional market dynamics.
  • PR Oversight: Manage and coordinate activities with the local PR agency to ensure effective communication of Allegro's messaging in the region. Monitor media coverage and proactively address any issues. Align PR strategy and implementation with corporate communications team for seamless and synchronized execution.
  • Reporting on Metrics and KPIs: Establish and maintain regular reporting mechanisms to track and analyze the performance of channel and growth marketing initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on key metrics and KPIs.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers & channel partners, resellers, and distributors. Collaborate with sales teams to understand market dynamics and customer needs, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the semiconductor sector. Utilize insights to refine channel and marketing strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams, including sales, business units, applications marketing, and corporate marketing to ensure seamless integration of China marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in B2B marketing within the high tech and/or semiconductor industry.
  • Previous experience working in global, publicly traded companies with a focus on high-tech B2B markets.
  • Demonstrated success in managing integrated marketing programs ranging from channel/customer marketing to regional events, social media, and PR activities.
  • Strong content creation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time to attend events, meet with partners, and support marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to meet outside of normal business hours to accommodate global time zones and collaborate effectively with international teams.
