You are:

A passionate and hardworking customer service professional who is looking to progress their career within a global technology company. You are a confident and relationship orientated individual who enjoys working collaboratively within a target driven environment with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.

You will:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on establishing client relationships and inspiring client retention
  • Prepare quotation and renewal notices in readiness for clients and resolve any queries presented by the client with a strong customer service focus
  • Manage negotiations with customers, conveying the value of products / solutions, upgrades and technical support available as part of Software Renewal offering
  • Use your great communication, customer service and negotiation skills to arrange
  • Identify any up sell opportunities to enhance the customer experience and support growth targets
  • Work with a range of computer systems to actively manage software renewal opportunities to ensure they are administered and processed
  • Work closely with Software Training Services team to organise delivery of Location Intelligence training services

Your background:

As a talented Account Representative or Customer Service Professional, you will have:

  • Customer service experience in product, sales, service, finance or renewals or direct experience working with software maintenance contracts / agreements
  • Strong clear communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work within a high performing and supportive team and contribute at both a team and individual level
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • The talent to build effective working relationship both internally and externally
  • A results orientated focus with the ability and willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Resilience, patience and the capacity to respond constructively to setbacks or adapt to change
  • A genuine desire to succeed and achieve results

Desirable Experience and Background:

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Experience in the use of SalesForce.com

Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm and flexible work arrangements to work from home 1-day per week.
