Job Summary

Join our founding team and help us revolutionize how companies engage their customers and stakeholders using AI, mobile messaging, and machine translation to create modern customer experiences.

We are looking for a super talented Software Engineer with at least 5 years of experience. You will be working with a world-class, 100% software-as-a-service conversational AI and messaging platform. We are looking for pros who are excited about both defining and enhancing our client processes and experiences. Software Engineers will work closely with the implementation and client success teams to support the implementation of software systems, develop technical solutions, address our client’s needs, and provide proactive suggestions and answers to improve client’s use and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and participate in conversational design
  • Implement, train, and test conversational experience using best practices
  • Analyze, test, and improve the conversational experiences on an ongoing basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Programming skills in .NET
  • Relational database (SQL) background 
  • Skilled in web, API, Microsoft Azure or related
  • Experience in JavaScript, Data Science, NLP and AI
