Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have 12-15 years of experience in software engineering in an enterprise software area with at least 5-7 years in product development.
  • Last position as an owner of the product engineering team responsible for complex parts of the application with at least 15 people.
  • Prior experience of having worked as a hands on architect solving complex software engineering problems.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and implementing agile methodologies.
  • Have a can-do, roll up your sleeves attitude, with a proven track record of successful execution.
  • Strong problem solving skills with deep hands-on understanding of Cloud and Microsoft stack.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or better, preferably in Computer Engineering, from a reputed college/university.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Providing technology and managerial leadership, vision and passion to lead an elite team of architects and senior engineers that is focused on rapidly building on forward looking technologies.
  • Working closely with product management team and CTO to understand customer needs and translate them into product engineering initiatives.
  • Recruiting, training, building, managing and mentoring a team of world-class architects.
  • Strong problem solving skills with deep hands-on understanding of Cloud and Microsoft stack.
  • Experience in Windows Azure experience and Contract Management domain experience will be preferred.
