Summary:

Core Banking Deposits team is growing and looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager SR to lead our Commercial and Payments value stream. Looking for a candidate that has strong leadership skills, customer focused, and has a banking background. The IT Service Delivery Manager SR will play a pivotal role in managing a group of resources (FTE and FTC) that include developers, BSA, and QA to deliver quality solutions to the Commercial and Payments business segments. In addition, the position will include working directly with the Commercial and Payments business segment stakeholders to support their business roadmap from a delivery and prioritization perspective.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partners in developing /executing technology strategy and is responsible for end-to-end technology project execution including resource planning.
• Work with the product owner and business stakeholders on prioritization of the initiatives for the business segment.
• Identify opportunities to increase productivity and reduce expenses
• Accountable for business domains and products.
• Mentoring and coaching colleagues to achieve their development career goals
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of banking related experience
• 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role

• Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
• Results-driven, with a commitment to look for continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
• Proven ability to thrive in an ever-changing technology environment and adapt to change.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership.
• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading colleagues working on a core banking application and having knowledge of the platform (ex: mainframe).
• Deposits background from a business or technical perspective.
• Managing offshore resources is a plus.
• Adapting and executing on Agile principles is a plus.
