A day to day as an Customer Success Manager at SimilarWeb means...

  • As an Customer Success Manager at SimilarWeb you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships.  On a day to day basis you will work towards driving engagement, value-building and renewing SimilarWeb’s customers.
  • In addition, you will be  responsible for acquiring and possessing expert knowledge of all SimilarWeb solutions. Ultimately, utilizing this knowledge to create value and to highlight the benefits of our solutions to end users in order to increase customer engagement.
  • Some of the day to day responsibilities include:
  • Driving Customer Success Outcomes
  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall positive health scores
  • Influence future lifetime value through user engagement and value-building
  • Working closely with customers through their lifecycle, onboarding, training and educating new users, while identifying new areas within your customer's' organisation to further grow usage of SimilarWeb's suite of solutions and services.

What will I bring to the team?

Previous experience in customer success/account management-Chinese market – Mandatory

Chinese mother tongue – mandatory (additional language is an advantage)

A solutions-oriented and customer-service can-do attitude - Mandatory

Experience in working with a SaaS product – a plus

Working with Inside/Enterprise customers – a plus

Knowledge and insights into the online marketing space – a plus

Possess both analytical and client relation skills
